Revision acknowledgment

Task:	Revision acknowledgment
Who receives it:	Responsible set on the Access Control tab of the data screen of the project/program type.
When:	The planning and revisions of the project/program are finished.
Purpose:	Alert users that a project/program has gone through revision and of the existence of a new version of it.

How to execute this task:

1.In the list of pending records, select the desired project or program.

2.After that, click on the toolbar button.

3.On the screen that will be displayed, it is possible to enter a comment about the project/program revision.

4.Save the record. The project/program will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.
