From version 2.1.1 onwards, the notification e-mails for the tasks of the SoftExpert Action Plan component will have a button that allows executing the task, following the task execution pattern in SoftExpert Suite.
Parameterizing the use of hours and minutes in actions and plans
Aiming to facilitate planning, execution and maintenance of actions and plans, the parameterization of the use of hours and minutes in the product has been made available. That is, if the organization adopts a solution for the SoftExpert Action Plan component in which the completion of hours and minutes is not relevant, the configuration to disable this feature can now be performed through the general parameters.
Once the use of hours and minutes is disabled, the actions and plans screens will no longer display these fields, allowing the user to fill out the date only. The use of hours and minutes can be reactivated at any moment through the general parameters menu.
Action plan recurrence
In order to meet the demand for recurrent action plans, a routine has been created in the product to create action plans from templates in a recurring way. This feature is available in the Scheduling (PL027) menu, through which the user can create schedulings configuring its execution frequency.
In the scheduling, it will be possible to configure the number of executions, frequency, specific days, among others, as well as selecting from which template(s) the scheduling will create the action plans. The plan(s) created by the scheduling will be under the "Planning" status.
Consider hours and minutes in the actions and plans deadline
From version 2.1.1 of SoftExpert Suite, there will be an option to use the hours and minutes when calculating the deadline for actions and plans. The objective is to tend to the organizations that must have hour and minute information to manage deadlines. By enabling this feature, the system begins considering the hours and minutes to calculate the deadline in addition to the date. This feature can be enabled/disabled at any moment through the general parameters menu of the SoftExpert Action Plan component. It is worth noting that the duration of the actions and plans has not been changed, that is, the measurement unit is still days.
Customized organization logo when exporting the action spreadsheet
Now, when exporting the spreadsheet of the actions of a plan, the logo image exported in the spreadsheet will be the customized image of the organization configured in the System (CM006) menu.
