Improvement in the integration with OCS Inventory

Aiming to facilitate the integration between the system and OCS Inventory, the structure for a direct connection to the OCS server to generate the import XML files has been developed in the system. Thus, the user does not need to generate the XML files manually.

 

 

Revision data integrated with the asset data

Aiming to improve the revision process, all data in the revision screen have been incorporated into the asset data. Thus, the user no longer needs distinctive screens to edit and/or send the record to the next step of the process.

 

 

Allow cancelling an activity in the middle of the sequential flow of the plan

Aiming to improve the plan activity management, the user is now allowed to cancel an activity that is in the middle of a sequence of plan activities without the need to cancel all later activities. The improvement allows the user to cancel an activity that will no longer be executed and still keep the plan activity sequence traceability.
