An improvement has been implemented to allow analyzing and stratifying the evaluation items of the competence that were used in the evaluation. Up until now, the detailed vision allowed analyzing only the competences evaluated in Analytics with the last detailing level. With this feature, it will be possible to add to the analysis information such as the name, the score and the explanation for the evaluation items that generated the competence score in the evaluation.
By enabling the competence evaluations of the employees, the system would generate the evaluations based only on the competences mapped for the default department/position of the employee. With this improvement, it will be possible to define whether all departments/positions of the employee should be considered or only the default, as it was up until now. By unchecking the "Default department/position only" option, the system will generate the evaluations using the competences mapped to every department/position of the employee.
