From this version onwards, customer record and view have been unified. This feature will allow the user to create the customer in a single location, and they will be available to be used across the system.
From this version onwards, the system indexes customers from the SoftExpert Suite full text search. With this feature, the user has a new search option, making it easier for them to find the desired information.
From this version onwards, it is possible to view the APQPs (SoftExpert APQP/PPAP) associated with the customer. With this feature, the user can view the activities of the APQP associated with the customer without the need to search in SoftExpert APQP/PPAP.
Aiming to improve the integration between the asset (SoftExpert Asset) and the SoftExpert Customer component, from this version onwards, the user will be able to view which assets are associated directly through the customer record. If necessary, the user will also be able to create a new asset directly through this record.
From this version onwards, it is possible to view the audits (SoftExpert Audit) associated with the customer. With this feature, the user can view the 2nd party - Customer audits without the need to search in SoftExpert Audit.
From this version onwards, it is possible to view the FMEAs (SoftExpert FMEA) associated with the customer. With this feature, the user can view the data and the structure of the FMEA associated with the customer without the need to search in SoftExpert FMEA.
From this version onwards, it is possible to view the surveys (SoftExpert Survey) associated with the customer. With this feature, the user can view the data of the last answer of the customer and the answer history executed in SoftExpert Survey.
