Evolution and new features

The SoftExpert Customer component is one of the main initiatives for the evolution and integration of SoftExpert Suite. This component has an evolution plan in which, at each new version, a group of new features and integrations will be made available. In this version, we have delivered the following features:

▪Customer type creation;

▪New customer creation screen;

▪Configuration of mandatory customer documents (electronic/complex file container);

▪Associations with PDM, to identify which products and services will be sent to the customer;

▪Association with performance indicators.
