Change in the user responsible for the document

It is now possible to change the user responsible for the document through the task transfer screen (AD041). Thus, when it is necessary to change the responsibility of the document from a user that has left the company, for example, it is possible to do it through this screen.

It is now possible to convert to PDF from the XLSM, PPTM and DOCM formats, with the need to check the formats in the conversion configuration.

Addition of keywords in the newDocument web service

It is now possible to add keywords through a parameter in the newDocument web service, allowing the creation of documents with their respective keywords, making it easier for the users of this web service.

Return of more information in the searchDocument web service

For those who use the searchDocument web service, the system now also returns the category ID #, making it easier to search for and identify the returned documents.
