It is now possible to perform calculations using form fields. The result can be stored in a variable, allowing it to be used in the rules for data validation. All dynamic value processing has been centered in the form variables, allowing simple and quick management.
From this version onwards, it is possible to apply filters to the advanced lists component of the responsive form. It is possible to apply several filters to a single list and also filters based on expressions, such as: List all cities with number of inhabitants higher than 100,000. It is worth pointing out the possibility to apply filters with interconnected lists, such as: State, City and Neighborhood.
It is now possible to capture geolocation in both the form and the responsive form. When using the responsive form rules, it is possible to determine the geolocation in mobile devices as well. The latitude and the longitude can be stored in form fields and used later in integrations with map APIs.
From this version onwards, the pivot table records will be displayed according to the revision of the form that was last added or edited. The records that still do not have the revision of the associated form will be displayed in the current revision. An option to edit the form revision of the records in the Form Execution Record by form menu has also been made available.
Previously, when creating or editing tables and fields in SoftExpert Form, it was necessary to release the table to make it available to be used in the system. However, this process would often be bureaucratic and not very productive, especially when several tables would be accumulated to be released.
To optimize this process, the tables and fields are now automatically released when saving the screen, increasing productivity in the maintenance of the records of these tables when deleting the previous manual procedure.
