Production inspection record screen in the spreadsheet format

From this version onwards, the addition of test records will have, in addition to the existing screen in the Wizard format, a screen in the spreadsheet style. The screen in the spreadsheet style allows a quicker data input, facilitating the creation when the inspection demand is high, with several characteristics and samples.
