Create a corrective maintenance through a smartphone
From this version onwards, the user is able to create a corrective activity directly through the smartphone. Thus, if necessary, the maintenance technician can add a new activity directly in the location. The association of assets with the activity can be performed by typing its code or reading its QR Code / Barcode.
Improved integration between maintenance and process automation components (Workflow, Incident, and Problem)
Aiming at facilitating the integration between a process instance (Workflow, Problem or Incident) and the maintenance activity, from this version onwards, the system, in addition to copying the answers of the attributes that are common between the instance and the activity, will also copy the priority data (if they have the same configuration) and the attributes associated with the instance. With this functionality, the user will no longer need to fill out the information that has been filled out in the process instance for the maintenance activity.
The activities related to preventive maintenance and/or maintenance route plans are not impacted by the asset copy, as the asset is already configured in the plan.
Highlighted data for maintenance service request
Aiming to highlight the request data and the association with process instances in the general data of the maintenance activity, from this version onwards, the system will display a section at the top of the screen with the main information of this association. Thus, the technician has quick access to what is linked to the activity. This section will automatically be displayed whenever there are associations with request activities and/or Incident, Problem and Workflow instances.
Important: with the implementation of the improvement, the request data will no longer be displayed in the "Description" field of the activity, and the information recorded in the standard activity will prevail in this field. |
Link for programming/executing the activity directly in the e-mail
From this version onwards, for the activity programming and execution e-mails, the system will have a button with the link for the activity. The link allows the user to be directed to the activity programming/execution without the need to browse through menus.
Asset security data revision
Aiming to improve the performance and the product business rule, the asset security rule has been revised for the screens in which the user executes a step of the activity. This way, even if the user does not have access to the asset data, but is part of the team responsible for the activity, they will be able to execute it, but without accessing the asset data.
