From this version onwards, the meeting scheduling and minutes menus have been unified. The objective is to simplify interactions, improving user experience from scheduling to the minutes, reducing the amount of screens and facilitating the operations.
From this menu, it will be possible to:
▪Reschedule and cancel meetings without the need to access another menu or screen. All meetings issued by the logged user are displayed in a single location.
▪Generate analyses integrated with SoftExpert Analytics from the displayed information.
▪On the meeting data screen, when a responsible party is added to the meeting, they will automatically be added as participants.
Allows creating schedulings and minutes of meetings regarding workflows and incidents from the SoftExpert Workflow and SoftExpert Incident components.
From this version onwards, it will be possible to publish the meeting minutes report in SoftExpert Document. To do this, in the meeting type, simply enable the "Publish meeting minutes in SE Document" option, and define a category, so that the report is saved automatically when the meeting is finished.
Addition of new meeting notifications via e-mail:
▪Meeting cancelled – sent to the participants when the meeting is cancelled.
▪Meeting rescheduled – sent to the participants when the meeting is rescheduled.
▪Meeting subject responsibility notification – sent to the user who was assigned as responsible for the meeting subject.
▪Meeting subject responsibility removal notification – sent to the user who is no longer responsible for the meeting subject.
Allows opening the data screen to execute the task directly from the scheduling confirmation and meeting minutes signature e-mail.
New interface for the integration of meetings with the other SE Suite components to allow viewing the meetings and their subjects without the need to open the meeting data screen.
