SLA for Ad-hoc sub-activities

From this version onwards, it is possible to configure a specific deadline for Workflow Ad-hoc sub-activities and Kanban Ad-hoc sub-tasks, according to the SLA level of the instance.

 

 

Web service for association between problems

From this version onwards, it is possible to create associations between problems using newAssocProblem, available in SOAP web services.
