Adjustments in process formulas to support option group and simple list of the responsive form

From this version onwards, it is possible to use the "Option group" and "Simple list" fields in the process formulas, specifically in the VALUEFIELD and VALUELIST functions. This improvement allows defining process routes, dynamic executor, dynamic duration, among other options, from values filled out in the "Option group" and "Simple list" fields of the responsive form.

 

Configuration per process of the countersign requirement in the activity execution

It is now possible to configure, through process data, whether the system should request the countersign when executing an activity. Thus, it is possible to manage information security in a more rigorous way, only in certain processes.

 

Configuration to request digital signature only for certain document categories

From this version onwards, it is possible to configure, through the process activity action data screen, which categories should be considered to require the digital signature of the document when executing the activity. This improvement enables, for example, requiring a signature only for documents of the "Financial Contract" category. Other associated documents do not need a signature.
