Supplier association with the project and the project task

From this version onwards, it will be possible to associate suppliers with the project and project task data, enabling easy access to all customers and suppliers involved with the project.

 

 

Changes in project type attributes can be duplicated to the project template

Changes such as replacing the default value and deleting attributes performed in the project type can now be duplicated to the project template; to do that, simply click on the "Apply change to project templates" option on the attribute association screen and choose the desired action.

 

 

Changes in the project task execution Web Service

The project task execution web service has received a new required WBS field (number of the task WBS). From this version onwards, integrations must be adjusted to send the WBS value.

 

Project suspension when starting the revision

A new parameter has been made available to enable automatically suspending the project when starting the revision. This parameter can be enabled through the Project Configuration General parameters menu or through the project type data screen.

 

 

Project deliverable management

This version makes available a section to manage project deliveries. In it, it will be possible to define the necessary deliveries to start and/or end the task. These deliveries can be required to finish the task and be related to attributes and system forms. Through attributes, it will be possible to associate the task with other SoftExpert Suite objects and to add files.

 

 

Improvements for the new Gantt chart

The new Gantt chart has received new features for its web version. It is now possible to associate subprojects, link tasks through multiple task selection and replace responsible parties.
