E-mail links for task execution

From this version onwards, the notification e-mails for the tasks of the SoftExpert Project component will have a button that allows executing the task, following the task execution pattern in SE Suite. The improvement encompasses the following notifications:

▪Task execution approval

▪Project planning approval

▪Project revision approval

▪Program planning approval

▪Program revision approval

▪Request execution

▪Task execution

▪Risk action execution

▪Task verification

Execute approval tasks through the data screen

From this version onwards, the SoftExpert Project approval tasks may be executed through the approval object data screen. The improvement encompasses the following tasks:

▪Project planning approval

▪Project revision approval

▪Project closure approval

▪Program planning approval

▪Program revision approval

▪Program closure approval

▪Task execution approval

 

 

Base value to calculate EVM

From this version onwards, it will be possible to use the values that were planned or rescheduled for the EVM calculation.
