Adding Action plan, Event and Attachment to the Requirement mapping

From this version onwards, in the requirement mapping, it will be possible to associate action plans, events and attachments that represent the applicability and implementation of the requirement for the scope. Moreover, according to the requirement evaluation result, it will be possible to require the addition of an explanation, event or action plan.
