Comparing results between risk and control plan revisions

When monitoring and viewing the risk and control plan, it is possible to view and compare the results of the risks and control between the revisions performed. Thus, it is possible to evaluate the evolution of the risk and control plan, highlighting the changes performed between revisions.

 

 

Editing the frequency and the deadline of the next risk/control evaluation of the current plan

In many cases, it is necessary to reschedule the reevaluation of the risk or control analysis without the need for more significant changes to the plan. To meet these demands, there is now an option to edit the frequency and the deadline of the next evaluation without the need to open a plan revision. Only the responsible for the risk and control plan can perform these changes through the planning screen. The changes will be recorded in the risk/control analysis history.

 

 

Identification mask for Risk and Control Analysis

This version makes available the option to configure an identification mask for both the risk analyses and the control analyses. The configuration is available on the plan data screen on the plan planning menu.

 

 

Analyze data for the Control test view

Aiming at providing information to be used in portals and graph analyses, the analysis feature for the control test view has been made available.

 

 

Notification when finishing the control test

From this version onwards, it is possible to configure a notification to be sent to the responsible for the control analysis, informing that the control test has been finished. Thus, when finishing the execution of a control test, the system automatically notifies those responsible for the control to analyze the need to reevaluate the control or action plan effectiveness.

 

 

Risk and control evaluation history with list and chart

The chart and list of the evaluations performed for the risk or control are now available on a single screen, allowing the analysis of the evaluation evolution.
