Configuring a satisfaction level

To record a satisfaction level, click on the button on the main screen toolbar. To edit the data of a satisfaction, select it in the list of records and click on the button.

On the screen that will be opened, enter a name for the satisfaction level and a value for its score.

Save the record after filling out the fields above.
