Overview:
The decision matrix is a tool that assists in decision-making between some alternatives, weighing different evaluation criteria. With it, it is possible to take note of the strengths and weaknesses and consequences of each alternative. Use this menu to create all decision matrices which may be used subsequently in the strategic analysis of the scorecard.

Click on this button to add a new decision matrix. See further details about this operation in the Creating a decision matrix section.

Click on this button to edit the decision matrix selected from the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the decision matrix selected from the list of records.
|

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Use the "Search fields" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
