Location: View Project/Nonproject task Financial entry
Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to view the planned, rescheduled, and actual costs and revenues entered in the nonproject tasks, project tasks, programs and projects (SE Project). To analyze the costs or revenues, select the corresponding option on the field located on the right of the main screen.
Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to view the financial entry (cost/revenue) data, to view the object data (task, project or nonproject tasks) or to view the project data. Notice that the last option will not be enabled if a nonproject task is selected. Select the desired record before clicking on this button.

Click on this button to access the SE GanttChart of the project selected in the list of records. Note that this option will not be enabled if a nonproject task is selected.

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the search result.

Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure and issue the desired revenue and cost reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and it also searches for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Use the following filters to find the records you wish by using specific information. To use such filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

In the displayed calendar, it will be possible to filter the period whose costs or revenues (according to the selected vision) you wish to view:
Daily: Select the day of a specific month and year for the system to display the financial entries planned/rescheduled/performed in it.
Work week: Select a week of a specific month and year for the planned/rescheduled/actual financial entries in the working days (i.e., from Monday to Friday, except holidays) of the week in question to be displayed.
Weekly: Select a week of a specific month and year for the planned/rescheduled/actual financial entries in the week in question (taking into consideration Saturday, Sunday and holidays, if any) to be displayed.
Monthly: Select a month of a specific year for the planned/rescheduled/actual financial entries in the month in question to be displayed.
Yearly: Select a specific year for the system to display the planned/rescheduled/actual financial entries in it.

Finance title: Enter the title of the financial entry you wish to search.
Doc. #: Enter the document number to which the financial entry you wish to search refers.
Planned period: Select, in the Start and End fields, the interval of the dates that covers the scheduled dates of the financial entry that you wish to view.
Rescheduled period: Select, in the Start and End fields, the interval of the dates that covers the rescheduled dates of the financial entry that you wish to view.
Actual period: Select, in the Start and End fields, the interval of the dates that covers the actual dates of the financial entry that you wish to view.
Planned value: Select an operator and, after that, enter the planned value for reference of the financial entry that you wish to search.
Replanned value: Select an operator and, after that, enter the replanned value for reference of the financial entry that you wish to search.
Actual value: Select an operator and, after that, enter the actual value for reference of the financial entry that you wish to search.
Supply: Select the supply associated with the cost you wish to search.

Search in: Select whether the financial entry you wish to search is related with project tasks or nonproject tasks.
WBS: Enter the WBS of the project task whose financial entries you wish to search.
ID #: Enter the ID # of the task whose financial entries you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the task whose financial entries you wish to search.
Team: Select the responsible team for the task whose financial entries you wish to search. Use the other buttons next to the field to view the data of the selected team or clear it.
Status: Expand the list and check the statuses that correspond to the possible status of the task whose financial entries you wish to search. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all the options and clear the checked ones.
Billing: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the billing of the task you wish to search.
Execution status: Select the option that corresponds to the status of the execution of the task whose financial entries you wish to search. This field will only be enabled if, in the Status field, the Execution option is checked.
Date change: Check the Only with rescheduled date notification option if the project task whose financial entries you wish to search is configured to send a notification when its dates are rescheduled.

Use the fields in this filter to search the financial entries of a project. To do that, select the desired project or enter its ID # and/or name. Check the Display subproject option so that, if the project has subprojects in its structure, the subproject finances are also considered in the search result.

Click on the Add department button and select the department to which the user responsible for the project or task whose financial entries you wish to search belongs. To use more than one department in this search, use the Add department option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired departments, click on the Apply button.

Click on the Add position button and select the position held by the user responsible for the project or task whose financial entries you wish to search. To use more than one position in this search, use the Add position option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired positions, click on the Apply button.

Click on the Add user button and select the user responsible for the project or task whose financial entries you wish to search. To use more than one user in this search, use the Add user option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired users, click on the Apply button.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the cost type that you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To add more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the revenue type that you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To add more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Click on the Add attribute in the result button and select the attribute associated with the financial entry type you wish to search, which will be displayed as a column in the list of records of the search. To add more than one attribute in this search, use the Add option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Use the fields in this filter to search the financial entries from their deadline status. To do that, check the options that correspond to the entry deadline related to its due date and/or check the options that correspond to the status of the financial entry payment/receiving.

On the displayed field, enter the team responsible for the financial entry you wish to search.
|
After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be listed on the right side of main screen.
