Location: View Project/Nonproject task Financial schedule
Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to see the costs, revenues, and profitability of nonproject and project tasks, programs and portfolios (SE Project), within a determined period. Notice that the information referring to costs and revenues related to the resources will only be considered if, in the Configurations Project/Task Finance section, the Variable option is selected. If the Fixed option is selected, the costs and revenues related to the resources will not be considered in this section. Through the field located in the upper right corner of this menu, it is possible to change the financial schedule vision to budgeted, planned, rescheduled, performed or comparative among these values.

Click on this button to analyze the result obtained from the search.

Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure and issue the desired "planned", "rescheduled", "performed" and "comparative" financial reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and it also searches for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Use the following filters to find the records you wish by using specific information. To use such filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

In the Start and End fields, select the date range that must be covered by the financial schedule.
Week: Select this option for the range covered by the financial schedule to be a week.
Month: Select this option for the range covered by the financial schedule to be monthly.

Use the fields of this filter to find the portfolio whose financial schedule you wish to search. To do that, select the desired portfolio or enter its ID # and/or name and/or select the type that classifies it.

Project: Select the project whose financial schedule you wish to search.
ID #: Enter the ID # of the project whose financial schedule you wish to search.
Name: Enter the project name whose financial schedule you wish to search.
Department: Select the department which the responsible user belongs to whose financial schedule you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.
Status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible status of the project whose financial schedule you wish to search. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all the options and clear the checked ones.
Revision status: Expand the list and check the statuses that correspond to the possible status of the revision of the project whose financial schedule you wish to search.

Program: Select the program whose financial schedule you wish to search.
ID #: Enter the ID # of the program whose financial schedule you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the program whose financial schedule you wish to search.
Status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible status of the program whose financial schedule you wish to search. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all the options and clear the checked ones.
Revision status: Expand the list and check the statuses that correspond to the possible status of the revision of the program whose financial schedule you wish to search.
Department: Select the department which the responsible user belongs to, through the program whose financial schedule you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The system will list the results on the right side of the search screen.
