In this section, it is possible to perform general parameterizations and those regarding resources, communication, timesheet and task requirements. To do that, the following subsections are available:
In this section, it is possible to perform the following configurations:

Task

▪Security: Allows editing the security of the task (public or restricted). ▪Verify task: This option will only be displayed if the task type does not have the Execution approval configured. Check this option to define that the task in question will go through the Verification step. ▪Allow the resources allocated to perform tasks: Check this option so that resources allocated to this task can inform the actual percentage of their execution and close it. If this option is not checked, the resource cannot enter the actual percentage nor close the task, but it can start it, if the "Allow the resource to start a task through timesheet" option is checked in the type that classifies it. ▪Allow associating a specific user for execution: Check this option so that it is possible to associate or disassociate specific users from the task during execution. When a member of the execution team is associated with a specific task, the other members of the team will not be able to execute this task. If this option is disabled, it will not be possible to associate the task with a specific user. ▪Color: Select the color that will identify the task in the calendar of the resource. ▪Pattern: Select the pattern that will identify the task in the resource calendar. |
Finance

In this section, it is possible to define how the calculation of the financial values related to the task will be performed:
▪Cost configuration and Revenue configuration: In these fields, select one of the following options: oRate-based: The system will consider, in the calculation of the total values of the task, both the values of costs/revenues and the values of the resources. oFixed: The system will consider, in the calculation of the total values of the task, only the values of costs/revenues, regardless of the values of the resources. ▪Service report financial configuration: Check the desired options for the service report to consider the paid hours and/or billable hours. ▪Classify costs as Capital and Operational: Select one of the options to define the classification of the costs in the nonproject task: Unclassified, Operational (OPEX) or Capital (CAPEX). This classification will be displayed in the "Finances" section of the nonproject task. |
EVM

In this section, it is possible to configure the frequency that will be used for the calculation of the task EVM. To do that, select the Specific frequency option and then, enter the number of days, weeks or months that will be used in the calculation. The values to be considered for the EVM calculation will be the planned or rescheduled values.

In this section, it is possible to view the execution checklist associated in the task type; however, it is possible to edit it. If the task type was not associated with an execution checklist, it is possible to associate one in this step. To do that, in the Checklist field in the upper part of this section, select the desired checklist. On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to add a new question to the checklist. See more details about this operation in the Creating a new checklist section. It is important to point out that the question being added to the checklist displayed in this section will only be valid for the task execution, not being replicated to the checklist record created through the Configuration Checklist menu.

Click on this button to edit the question selected in the checklist structure.

Click on this button to delete the question selected in the checklist structure.

Use this section to perform the configurations regarding the resources to be allocated to the nonproject task. The available subsections must only be completed after allocating resources to the task. They are:
It allows adding the planned costs related to the resources allocated to the task. To do that, click on the button on the side toolbar and fill out the following fields of the screen that will open:
▪Date: Select the date which the planned cost will be valid from. ▪Resource: Select the resource allocated to the task which the cost being added refers to. Use the other buttons next to the field to view the data of the selected resource and clear it. ▪Hourly cost: Enter the normal, overtime and the weekend working hourly cost of the resource selected previously.
Use the other buttons on the side toolbar to edit or delete the planned cost from the resource selected in the list of records.

Functional role
It allows associating the functional roles that can be taken by the resources involved with the task and their respective planned values. To do that, click on the button on the side toolbar and fill out the following fields of the screen that will open:
▪Date: Select the date from which the functional role will be played in the task. ▪Functional role: Select the functional role that will be played by the resource of the task. ▪Hourly cost: Enter the normal, overtime and the weekend working hourly cost of the functional role selected previously.
Use the other side toolbar buttons to edit or delete the functional role selected in the list of records.

It allows associating the resources of the nonproject task with the functional roles that they will exercise. To do that, click on the button on the side toolbar and fill out the following fields of the screen that will open:
▪Resource: Select the resource allocated to the task for which you wish to define a functional role. ▪Functional role: This field will be filled in by the system with the functional role which the user is associated with; however, it is possible to edit it. In this case, select a functional role that the user is associated with and that they will exercise in the task/project.
Use the other buttons on the side toolbar to edit or delete the association of a user who plays a determined functional role in a task selected in the list of records.

In this section, it is possible to configure the automatic email sending when certain actions/steps are performed in the nonproject task. The options of the Enable automatic e-mail sending to: list will be displayed checked or unchecked according to the definitions set in the general parameters; however, it is possible to edit them.

This section will display the configurations referring to the task timesheet, performed in the task type; however, it is possible to edit them. Refer to the Timesheet section for a detailed description of the displayed fields.

In this section, it is possible to add requirements that will complement the task information. On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to add a new requirement to the task. On the screen that will be opened, enter a name for the requirement, select the corresponding option to define if attachments or documents must be associated with it (type) and save the record.

Click on this button to edit the data of the requirement selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on this button to delete and add requirements to the task again, according to the configurations performed. For example: Two requirements have been added: A and B. Then, the requirement C has been added and the requirement A has been deleted. #In order for this configuration to be successfully applied to the task, it is necessary to update it; otherwise, only the requirement C will be added, and the requirement A will not be deleted. Note that, when updating the requirements, the completed data is deleted.
