Location: Configuration  Asset Condition

Overview:
Use this menu to create all the possible conditions of the assets created in the system. The condition denotes the state of the asset, for example: new, scratched, broken, dented, etc.
Specific buttons:

Adds a new condition for the asset. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a condition section.

Edits the condition selected in the list of records.
|
|
Deletes the condition selected in the list of records.
|
|
Allows viewing the data of the condition selected in the list of records in "read-only" mode.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to configure a new report or associate an existing report or to view the parameters that may be used to configure new reports.

|
Allows enabling or disabling the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Use the "Search filters" to find the records more easily based on specific information (ID #, name, and/or status).
