Overview:
Use this menu to enter the conditions of the assets created in the system. Besides this menu, the condition of an asset can also be associated through its data screen. The condition aims to denote the state of the asset, for example: new, scratched, broken, dented, etc. The main screen of this menu is displayed in three quadrants. The first quadrant displays the panel with search filters that allow locating the assets and their conditions more easily. The second quadrant displays the assets recorded in the system, while the third quadrant displays the conditions associated with the asset selected in the second quadrant.

▪Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to view the data of the asset selected in the list of records. ▪Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to view the data of the association of the condition selected in the list of records with the asset. |

Click on the arrow next to this button, located in the second quadrant, to configure and issue the desired asset condition history report. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to associate a condition with the asset selected in the list of records of the second quadrant. See further details about this operation in the Associating a condition with the asset section.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to edit the association selected in the list of records between the condition and the asset.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to disassociate the condition selected in the list of records from the asset selected in the second quadrant.
