To associate a condition with an asset, locate and select the desired asset in the list of records of the second quadrant. After that, click on the
To edit an association, select the desired asset in the second quadrant list of records and the desired condition in the third quadrant list of records. Once done, click on the
On the association screen that will be displayed, the following fields are available:
Asset: Displays the data of the asset selected in the second quadrant. Date: Displays the date in which the condition is being associated, and it is possible to edit it. In this case, select the desired date. Time: Displays the time in which the condition is being associated, and it is possible to edit it. In this case, select the desired time. Condition: Select the asset condition. Use the other buttons next to the field to add a condition and associate it with the asset and clear the field. Comments: Use this field to record important information about the asset condition.
After filling out the necessary fields, save the record. |
