Location: View Events

 

Overview:

Use this view to track the events of the assets in the system. Remember that asset events may have the following purposes: usage, maintenance, or calibration.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the corresponding option to view the data of the asset event or the asset data. Select the desired record before clicking on this button.

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired event protocol reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

 

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To do that, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.

Events

Protocol: Enter the number or the event protocol.

Check-out date: Select the date range that covers the check-out date of the asset.

Return dt.: Select the date range that covers the return date of the asset.

Requester department: Select the department that issued the event protocol.

Issued by: Select the name of the user who issued the event protocol.

Addressee department: Select the department that received the event protocol.

Addressee name: Select the name of the user who received the event protocol.

Service center: Select the service center responsible for the asset event.

Event type: Select the event types you wish to search: calibration, maintenance, and/or usage.

 
Asset

Asset: Select the asset whose event you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the asset whose event you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the asset whose event you wish to search.

Asset status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible steps in which the asset may be: Verification, Calibration, Maintenance, Disabled, Available, Usage event, Maintenance event or Calibration event. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Status: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the status of the record of the asset whose event will be viewed.

Serial number: Enter the serial number of the asset whose event will be viewed.

Specification: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible specification of the asset whose event you wish to search.

Responsible team: Select the responsible team for the asset whose event you wish to view.

Gage owner: In the Type field, select the desired option to locate assets from the organization (internal) or from another organization (third-party) or both. If the "External" option is selected, in the respective field, select the Company that owns the asset.

Condition: Use the fields in this section to locate the assets under determined condition associated with verification, maintenance or calibration activities. To do that, enter the ID # and the name of the asset condition or select the desired condition.

Location: Use the fields in this section to locate assets that belong to a certain location, associated with verification, maintenance, or calibration activities of assets that belong to a certain location or that are with a certain user.

 
Asset attributes

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the type of the asset whose event you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

 
Event attributes

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the event configuration of the asset whose event you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To add more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

 

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be displayed on the right side of the view screen.
