Location: View Downtime record

 

Overview:

Use this search to verify the downtime of the assets, that is, the usage interruptions of the assets saved in the system.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow located next to this button and click on the corresponding option to view the data of the asset, the data of the downtime record and the data of the event that generated the downtime record selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired downtime history report. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

 

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To do that, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.

Columns

Use this filter to select an attribute that will be displayed as a column in the search listing, allowing its value to appear in line with the downtime record. To do that, click on the Add attribute in the result button and select the attribute of the downtime record reason you wish to search. To add more than one attribute in this search, use the Add option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

 
Asset

Asset: Select the asset whose downtime record you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the asset whose downtime record you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the asset whose downtime record you wish to search.

Asset status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible steps in which the asset may be: Verification, Calibration, Maintenance, Disabled, Available, Usage event, Maintenance event or Calibration event. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Status: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the status of the record of the asset whose downtime record will be viewed.

Serial number: Enter the serial number of the asset whose downtime record you wish to search.

Specification: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible specification of the asset whose downtime record you wish to search.

Responsible team: Select the responsible team for the asset whose downtime record you wish to view.

Gage owner: In the Type field, select the desired option to locate assets from the organization (internal) or from another organization (third-party) or both. If the "External" option is selected, in the respective field, select the Company that owns the asset.

Condition: Use the fields in this section to locate the assets under determined condition associated with verification, maintenance or calibration activities. To do that, enter the ID # and the name of the asset condition or select the desired condition.

Location: Use the fields in this section to locate assets that belong to a certain location, associated with verification, maintenance, or calibration activities of assets that belong to a certain location or that are with a certain user.

 
Asset attributes

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the type of the asset whose downtime record you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

 
Downtime record

Downtime reason: Select the downtime reason of the asset you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the downtime record you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the downtime record you wish to search.

Downtime record status: Select the status of the downtime record you wish to search: Issue, Approval or Closed.

Downtime start: Enter the start date and time of the asset downtime you wish to search.

Downtime end: Enter the end date and time of the asset downtime you wish to search.

 
Downtime record attributes

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the downtime reason you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

 
Execution activity

ID #: Enter the ID # of the activity related to the asset whose downtime you wish to view.

Status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible status of the activity to which the asset whose downtime record you wish to search is related: Planning, Programming approval, To be started, Execution, Execution approval, Closed or Cancelled. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Priority: Use the fields to locate the activity to which the asset whose downtime you wish to search through the result and the index of its priority is related.

Responsible team for planning: Enter the responsible team for the planning of the activity to which the asset whose downtime you wish to search is related.

Responsible team for execution: Enter the responsible team for the execution of the activity to which the asset whose downtime you wish to search is related.

Executor: Select the executor of the activity related to the asset whose downtime you wish to view. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it out with the logged user data or clear it.

Plan: Select the plan that has the activity related to the asset whose downtime you wish to view.

Activity classification: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the classification of the activity to which the asset whose downtime you wish to search is related.

Service center: Select the service center of the activity to which the asset whose downtime you wish to search belongs.

Responsible technician: Enter the responsible technician for the activity to which the asset whose downtime you wish to search is related.

Defects: Select the defect associated with the activity related to the asset whose downtime you wish to view.

Cause: Select the cause of a defect associated with the activity related to the asset whose downtime you wish to view.

Linked activity: Select the maintenance activity associated with the activity related to the asset whose downtime you wish to view.

 
Execution activity attributes

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the standard activity that originated the activity to which the asset whose downtime you wish to search is related, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

 
Events

Protocol: Enter the number or the event protocol.

Check-out date: Select the date range that covers the check-out date of the asset.

Return dt.: Select the date range that covers the return date of the asset.

Requester department: Select the department that issued the event protocol.

Issued by: Select the name of the user who issued the event protocol.

Service center: Select the service center responsible for the asset event.

Event type: Select the event types you wish to search: calibration, maintenance, and/or usage.

 
Event attributes

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the event configuration of the asset related to the activity to which the asset whose downtime you wish to view is related, the operator and a value for it. To add more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

 

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be displayed on the right side of the view screen.
