▪Members of the team responsible for the plan; ▪Team members responsible for programming; ▪Members of the team responsible for the asset verification execution. These teams are defined on the data screen of the verification plan.

When:

Any of the frequency criteria, defined in the verification plan, is met:
▪Date-based frequency: When the date of the next verification execution has already passed, it will be possible to configure the notification of this task in advance, that is, the system will alert the responsible parties that the verification plan will expire soon. ▪Meter-based frequency: When the meter reading reaches the value set for the frequency, it will be possible to configure the notification of this task in advance, that is, the system will alert the responsible parties that the calibration plan will expire soon. |
Purpose:

To alert the responsible team about verification plans that are expired or due to expire, as it is necessary to create a new schedule and/or execution of the verification.

How to execute this task:
1.Select the desired asset from the list of pending records.
2.After that, click on the arrow located next to the button and select one of the following actions: ▪Activity programming: Select this option to program the verification activity to be executed in the asset. This option is available only to members of the team responsible for the plan and the team responsible for planning the plan. ▪Activity execution: The verification activity can be executed even if it has not gone through the programming step. This option is available only to members of the team responsible for the plan and the team responsible for the execution of the plan.
3.The verification data screen will be displayed according to the selected option. Enter the required data and save the record.

Both the activity programming and its execution can go through APPROVAL if the respective step is duly configured in the standard activity associated with the verification plan. Remember that the approval of the programmed/executed maintenance activities must be performed through the SE Maintenance component.
