Extra cost

In this section, it is possible to manage the extra costs that may occur when executing the activities based on this template. The costs associated in this section will be displayed on the activity programming/execution screen. On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

 

Click on this button to associate a cost type with the standard activity. In the respective field on the screen that will be opened, select the desired type. Use the other buttons next to the field to add a new cost type and associate it with the standard activity and clear the field. In the Estimated cost field, enter the estimated value of the extra cost. This field can be filled out by the default value of the selected type (if any), and it is possible to edit it.

Check the Required field to require filing out the value of the selected type when executing the activities based on the template. Keep the option unchecked if filling out the cost is not mandatory.

Once done, click on Save.

Click on this button to edit the association of the variable selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to disassociate the control variable selected in the list of records from the standard activity.
