Overview:
The recognition profile allows you to define the indexes that will be extracted from the files generated from the scanned documents. Recognition process may be performed through typing, OCR or barcode. By means of this menu, it is possible to create the possible recognition profiles which later can be associated with the capture configurations.

Click on this button to create a new recognition profile. See more details about this operation in the Creating a recognition profile section.

Click on this button to edit the recognition profile selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the recognition profile selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to import a recognition profile from a file with .secap extension. See more details in the Importing a recognition profile section.

Click on this button to export the recognition profile selected in the list of records. Thus, a file with the .secap extension will be downloaded with the data, image and indexes configured in the profile.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
