Document status: Expand the list of options and check the possible status in which the document, whose revalidation you wish to view, is found. Remember that, if parameterized, some statuses will come already checked, however, it will be possible to uncheck them. Use the other buttons to check all available statuses and clear the markups performed.
Author: Enter the author of the document whose revalidation you wish to view.
File name: Enter the name of the electronic file of the document whose revalidation you wish to view.
Record user: Select the document record user whose revalidation you wish to view. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.
Station: Select the copy station responsible for distributing the copies of documents whose revalidation you wish to view.
Access control: Use the information in the security list of the document whose revalidation you wish to see, to locate it. To do this, check in the corresponding field, the desired permissions and select the user, position, department and team that belongs to the security list.
Validity: In the Next __ day(s) field, enter the number of days before the current date, covering the validity date of the document whose revalidation you wish to search. If you wish, use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the validity period of the document whose revalidation you wish to search.
Keyword: Click on the button located next to the field displayed in this filter, and select the keywords related to the document whose revalidation you wish to see. At the bottom of the filter, select the "E" option to use all words as a filter or "OR" so that at least one of the words is used as a filter.
Digital signature: Expand the list and select the corresponding option to display the signed documents in the search results or those yet to be signed.
