Location: View FMEA revision

 

Overview:

Through this search, it is possible to find all revisions made in the studies of FMEA. The view revision screen has numerous search fields that make it easier to search for the desired records.

 

Specific Buttons:

When clicked, it allows to view the structure of the selected FMEA. Refer to the FMEA tracking task section to obtain details on how the FMEA structure is displayed in viewing mode.

Click on this button to view the FMEA data or the revision data of the FMEA selected on the main screen.

When clicked, it loads SE Analytics for the result obtained from the search to be analyzed.

Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow next to this button to verify the report options available for the menu in question. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and it also searches for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to change the screen layout to 3 quadrants. In the third quadrant, the details of the selected FMEA will be presented.

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to change the screen layout to 2 quadrants.

 

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

Favorites

Select the Only favorites field to display only records classified as favorite in the search result. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.

 
FMEA

ID #: Enter the FMEA revision ID # to be searched.

Revision: Enter the FMEA revision number to be searched.

Customer: Enter the customer associated with FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

Type: Enter FMEA type whose revision you wish to search.

Start: Enter the FMEA revision start date to be searched.

End: Enter the FMEA revision end date to be searched.

Responsible team: Select the responsible team for the FMEA revision to be searched.

Status: Select the status of the FMEA revision to be searched.

 
Item

Item: Select the item associated with the FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the item associated with the FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the item associated with the FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

 
Process

Process: Select the process associated with FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

Revision: Select the process revision associated with the FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the process associated with the FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the process associated with the FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

 
Asset

Asset: Select the asset associated with the FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the asset associated with the FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the asset associated with the FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

Object status: Select the asset status associated with the FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

Serial number: Enter the serial number of the asset associated with the FMEA whose revision will be searched.

Specification: Enter a specification (instrument, equipment, tooling, tool, computers, others) of the asset associated to the FMEA whose revision will be searched.

Responsible team: Select the team responsible for the asset associated with the FMEA you wish to search.

 
Project

Project: Select the design associated with the FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

 
Object

Object: Select the object associated with the FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

Revision: Select the process revision associated with the FMEA whose revision you wish to search.

 
Attribute

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the FMEA, the operator, and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, just click on the Add attribute button again and repeat the procedure described above.

 

After entering the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the "Search filters" panel to search or press ENTER on the keyboard. The result will be displayed on the right side of the view screen.
