Location: Management Revalidation
Overview:
The processes that have control of the validity configured in its type, will be regularly revalidated. Through this menu, it is possible to re-validate independent processes whose expiration time has already expired or not, as well as, approve them and view the previous revalidation.
It is important to point out that, to have access to this menu, it is REQUIRED that the logged user has the "Edit" or "Revise" controls allowed in the permission profile of the type of the process that will be revalidated.

Specific buttons:

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to re-validate the process selected in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Revalidating a process section.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to edit the revalidation selected in the list of records. It is important to point out that this button will only be enabled if the revalidation status is not Finished.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to delete the revalidation selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button, in the second quadrant, to view the Flowchart or the process data selected in the second quadrant. In the third quadrant, click on this button to view the data screen of the revalidation selected in the third quadrant.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to send a revalidation to approval. It is important to note that this button will only be enabled if the validity configuration associated with the process type is parameterized for the revalidation to pass through approval.

▪Use the "Search fields" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information. Refer to the View Revalidation menu, to obtain a detailed description of the filters. ▪Remember that only the processes that the logged on user has the authorized permissions to "Edit process model" or "Revise process model" will be displayed in the list of records. |
