To-do tasks

Overview:

Through this operation, it is possible to track the pending records of any user in SE Process. This menu allows leaders, for instance, to verify whether their subordinates are executing their tasks within the established deadlines.

 

It is important to point out that tasks cannot be executed in this menu. To execute them, it is necessary to access My tasks menu.

 

1.

In the Task type filter, located by default in the Search filters panel, click on the Select task type button and fill out the following fields:

To-do tasks: This field displays, for selection, the tasks generated in SE Process. Select, then, the tasks that will be viewed. Use the buttons next to this field to Expand and view all the list of tasks, Check all the tasks available and Clear the markups performed.

User: Select the name of the user responsible for the task you wish to view. Use the buttons next to this field to select a specific user, fill in the field with your user or clear the field.

Position: Select the position of the user responsible for the task you wish to view. Use the buttons next to this field to select a specific position, fill in the field with your position or clear the field.

Department: Select the department responsible for the task you wish to view. Use the buttons next to this field to select a specific department, fill in the field with your department or clear the field.

Display lower level records: Select this field so that the records that are in the hierarchical levels below the selected type are also searched.

Then, click on the SEARCH button on the Task type filter. At this point, in the Task type filter, the previously selected tasks will be displayed. In case the displayed tasks are not the desired ones, just change the information entered and repeat the procedure described above until the desired result is displayed.

By default, all the tasks will be checked. Keep the desired tasks checked and then click on the Apply button. At this point, the tasks that are selected will be displayed in the Search filters panel, inside the Task type filter.

When clicking on a task of the Search filters panel, the pending records of that task will be displayed on the main screen.

 

Task types that are displayed will be searched in the Search filter panel on the left side of the main screen, separated by their types: Execution and Tracking.

 

Specific buttons:

view

Click on the arrow, next to this button, to display the viewing options, which may vary according to the selected task type:

View flowchart: Select this option to view the flowchart of the selected process.

View process data: Select this option to view the data screen of the selected process.

View revision data: Select this option to view the data screen of the revision of the selected process.

report

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

modeler

Click on the arrow located on the right-side of the button, to view the flowchart of the selected process.

compare_rev

When triggered, it allows making the comparison between revisions of the selected process.
