Location: Configuration Validity
Overview:
Certain requirement types remain current, i.e., they are valid for a specific period, meeting the legal and corporate aspects of the organization. Through this menu, it is possible to establish the configurations that will be associated with the requirement types with validity control, hence enabling an effective management of the validity period of the requirements.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new validity configuration. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a validity section.

Click on this button to edit the validity configuration that has been selected from the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the validity configuration selected in the list of records.
|

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report, associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

Use the Search filters to easily retrieve records based on specific information (ID #, name, and/or status).
