Location: Management  Revalidation
Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to revalidate plans and risk templates whenever necessary and regardless of whether their validity has expired or not. In the first quadrant, the search filters are presented, which allow you to locate the desired plans and templates more easily. The second quadrant displays the records that have the validity control configured in its type, while the third quadrant displays the revalidations through which the record selected in the second quadrant has already passed or is passing.
It is important to note that to access this menu, it is REQUIRED that the logged-on user has the Edit control allowed in the security list of the plan that will be revalidated.

Specific buttons:

Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to access the structure of the plan selected in the list of records.

By clicking on this button, located in the second quadrant, it is possible to view the data of the plan selected in the list of records. If this button is clicked in the third quadrant, it is possible to view the data of the selected revalidation.

Click on the arrow next to this button in the second quadrant to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, set up a new report, or associate an existing report, or to search the parameters that can be used in setting up new reports.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to revalidate the plan selected in the second quadrant. Note that this button is not available if the selected plan has a revalidation in progress. See more details about this operation in the Revalidating plans section.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to edit the revalidation selected in the list of records. It is important to point out that this button will only be enabled if the revalidation status is not "Finished".

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to delete the revalidation selected in the list of records.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to send the selected revalidation to approval. It is important to note that this button will only be enabled if the validity associated with the plan type is parameterized so that the revalidation passes by approval.
