Overview:
The event is a set of rules that can entail generating an incident, problem, email alert, or an occurrence. Use this menu to configure the rules that will be used on the indicators for the tracking.

Click on this button to add a new event. See further details about this operation in the Configuring an event section.

Click on this button to edit the selected event on the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the selected event on the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Use the "Search fields" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
