Supply definition

A supply may be understood as any item or set of factors required for the production of goods and services (raw material, equipment, consumed power, worked hours, labor, resources etc.). Use this menu to add all supplies used by the organization, in order to enable a better management of them.

	Click on this button to add a new supply. See further details about this operation in the Creating supplies section.
	Click on this button to edit a supply selected from the list of records. If the Enable responsible team to change released supplies that have revision control option is selected in the system's general parameters, this button will be enabled when selecting a supply that has a revision control and whose status is Released; however, it will only be enabled for logged users who are members of the team responsible for the supply. If that option is not checked, this button will not be enabled for released supplies that have a revision control.
	Click on this button to delete a supply. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.
	Click on this button to view the data screen of the supply selected from the list of records in read-only mode.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.
	Click on this button to enable/disable the selected record on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filters, on the search filters panel.
	Click on this button to add a new supply from the copy of the supply selected from the list of records. The system will ask whether you really wish to perform this operation. By confirming it, the data screen of the copied supply will open up for the necessary changes to me made. See further details about the supply data screen in the Creating supplies section.
