Configuring approval in the type

For a draft steps of a survey to be sent for approval, it is necessary to have implemented the following configurations in the survey type:

The type approval configuration is performed in the following location:

▪Configuration Survey type

1.On the survey type, access the General tab.

2.Enable which steps of the survey must go through approval:

▪Planning approval

▪Critical analysis

▪Closure

3.Then, for each enabled step, enter an approval route type:

▪Fixed: Allows the route to be selected/edited during the respective step; however, it will not be possible to edit its members.

▪Fixed & unique: A default responsibility route will be set for all the survey templates of this type, that is, the selected route may not be edited (nor its members) during the approval.

▪Variable: Allows the route to be selected/edited during the respective step, as well as allowing the editing of its members.

▪No approval: The step will not go through approval.

4.In the Route field, select the approval route of the steps of the surveys of this type. If the previously selected route type is "Fixed & unique", the completion of this field will be mandatory. See further details in the Configuring a responsibility route section.

5.After setting the configurations, save the record.

With these configurations, when creating a survey in the type, it will go through the configured approval steps.
