Creating a workspace |
Before creating the workspace, you will need at least the following records: ▪Task type: One or more. ▪Flowchart: One or more. To define the execution steps of the tasks. ▪Teams: Two teams. To define the managers and executors of the tasks.
1.To create the workspace, first access the "Management Workspace" menu. 2.Then, click on the button. 3.On the workspace data screen, configure the following fields:
Workspace name: Enter the workspace name. Prefix: Enter the prefix that will be used as an identification mask for the tasks of this workspace. Icon: Set the icon of this workspace. Methodology: Select the methodology to be used in the workspace: ▪Kanban: It is a visual work flow methodology that uses a board to track and control tasks (cards). The Kanban board is divided into columns that correspond to the steps that the tasks will go through until they are finished. ▪Scrum: It is a project planning and management methodology that divides them in cycles called Sprints. At the start of each Sprint, a planning meeting is held, in which the tasks to be executed by the team in the Sprint to be started are prioritized. Management team: Define the team that will have full control over this workspace and its tasks. Execution team: Define the team that will be able to execute the tasks in this workspace. Archiving time: Define the time during which a finished task will continue to be displayed in the workspace board. Disable: Check this field if it is necessary to disable the workspace. 4.After the configurations are set, save the record. |
