Configuring the security |
To perform any changes to the workspace, access the "Management Workspace" menu, locate the desired workspace and click on the button; however, it is necessary for you to be a member of the Management team set in the workspace, or you will not have permission to edit the data.
Use this section to configure who will have access and the permissions these users will have in the workspace tasks:
Parameter: ▪Create: Users with this permission can create tasks in the workspace/board. ▪View: Users with this permission can view tasks of the workspace/board. ▪Edit assignee: Users with this permission can edit the assignee of the tasks of the workspace/board. ▪Clone: Users with this permission can copy/clone tasks of the workspace/board. ▪Delete: Users with this permission can delete tasks from the workspace/board. ▪Edit: Users with this permission can edit tasks of the workspace/board. Users: ▪Public: All users with access to the Board. ▪Execution team: Users who are part of the execution team associated with the workspace. ▪Assignee: User set in the "Assignee" field in the data of the task created in the Board. ▪Reporter: User set in the "Reporter" field in the data of the task created in the Board (not necessarily the creator of the task). |
