Creating a report from timesheets/revenues

See how to create a service report from the timesheet or revenues added to the tasks:

First, on the field in the right side of the main screen, select the Timesheet vision to create a timesheet report or Revenue to create a revenue report. The steps described in this section are valid for the creation of service reports in both visions.

Use the following filters to locate the desired timesheets or revenues more easily:

Report: Select the corresponding option for the system to display the pending (which were not added to a service report) or issued (which were added to the service report) timesheets or revenues.

Display: Check the desired options for the system to display the appointments or revenues of the nonproject tasks and/or of the project tasks.

1_auxnmbAfter that, click on the search button on the toolbar of the vision.

The appointments/revenues will be displayed in the list of records. Select those from which you wish to create a service report. Use the CTRL or SHIFT keys on the keyboard or the checkbox next to each record to select more than one appointment/revenue at a time.

1_auxnmbOnce done, click on the generate_rat button on the toolbar of the vision.

On the screen that will be displayed, select the type that will classify the report being configured and save your selection. The system will create a record of the service report according to the configurations set in the selected type.

 

If the task to which the selected appointment/revenue belongs does not meet any of the prerequisites, the system will issue a message informing the error.

In the tab on the upper right side of the main screen, select the Report vision, locate and select the service report record, and set the necessary configurations. Refer to the Configuring a service report section for more details on how to perform this operation.

 

8.

When the report is duly configured and sent to the next step, it may be printed.
