Sending a service report to the next step

In the list of records on the main screen, select the desired service report.

After that, click on More on the toolbar.

At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to send it to the next step. Choose the desired option:

OK: The service report will continue to one of the following steps:

▪Approval: If the report is in the "Issue" step and it is configured that it will go through approval in its type, the system will generate the Service report approval task for those responsible for it.

▪Approval: If the report is in the "Issue" step and it is not configured that it will go through approval in its type, it will be available for printing (Print status).

▪Closure: If the report status is "Print", it will be closed.

Cancel: The project will remain pending, with the Issue status.
