Location: View Risk and control plan
Overview:
Through this view, it is possible to follow risk and control plans created in the system. In addition, it is also presented the set of columns that allows analyzing the results of the evaluations carried out on the risks present in the structure of the listed plans, that is, the system presents a summary of the number of risks per evaluation.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the structure of the plan selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the plan selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to load SE Analytics, so that the result obtained in the search can be analyzed.

Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure and issue the desired risk and control plan report. This button also allows you to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report, or associating an existing report, or also refer to the parameters that may be used in setting up new reports.

Click on the arrow next to the button to change the screen layout to 3 quadrants. In the third quadrant, the details of the plan selected in the second quadrant will be displayed.

Click on the arrow next to the button to change the screen layout to 2 quadrants.

Use the following filters to find the records you wish by using specific information. To use these filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

ID #: Enter the plan ID # you wish to search.
Name: Enter the plan name you wish to search.
Plan: Select the evaluation plan you wish to search.
Scope: Check the option corresponding to the scope of the plan you wish to search. Use the buttons next to the field to expand the list of options, check all available options, and clear the checked options.
Status: Check the options corresponding to the status of the plan record you wish to search: active and/or inactive.
Business unit: Select the business unit to which the plan you wish to search belongs.
Show revisions: Select which revision of the plan you wish to see in the search result: current, and/or obsolete.

Use the fields in this filter to locate the desired plan by the process defined as its scope. To do that, select the desired process and revision or enter the ID # and/or name of the desired process.

Use the fields in this filter to locate the desired plan through the process defined as its scope. To do that, enter the ID #, name, framework associated with the scorecard and/or the status of your record (active or inactive).

Project: Select the project defined as the scope of the plan you wish to search.

Type: Select the type that classifies the project defined as the scope of the plan you wish to search.
Responsible: Select the user responsible for the project defined as the scope of the plan you wish to search. Use the other buttons next to the field to fill it with the data of the logged user or clear it.
Team: Select the team responsible for the project defined as the scope of the plan you wish to search.

Program: Select the program defined as the scope of the plan you wish to search.
ID #: Enter the program ID # defined as the scope of the plan you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the program defined as the scope of the plan you wish to search.
Type: Select the type that classifies the program defined as the scope of the plan that you wish to search.
Responsible: Select the user responsible for the program defined as the scope of the plan you wish to search. Use the other buttons next to the field to fill it with the data of the logged user or clear it.
Team: Select the team responsible for the program defined as the scope of the plan that you wish to search.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the plan type you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, just click OK and repeat the procedure described above. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be listed on the right side of the view screen.
