Deletion

▪Must have permission to Delete configured on the plan/isolated action security

Through this menu, it is possible to permanently delete the action plans and isolated actions from the system, regardless of their current status and whether they are linked to tasks. It is important to point out that:

▪If the "Allow only responsible user for action plan/action to delete records" option is enabled in the general parameters, the logged-in user can delete the isolated plans/actions that they are responsible for. If the logged-in user is a member of the responsible team, only the records that have "List" permission are displayed in their security and in the category to which they belong, thus being possible to delete them.

▪If the general parameter is not enabled, the system will display to the logged-on user the records with the "list" option permission in their security and in the category to which they belong, allowing their deletion.

	Click on this button to delete an action plan/isolated action. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. Hold the CTRL and SHIFT keys down or check next to each plan/isolated action to select more than a record at a time. For the deletion to be effectively performed, it is necessary to confirm the question asked by the system. On the screen that opens, enter an explanation for the deletion.
	Click on this button to view the data screen of the action plan or the isolated action selected in the list of records. This button is not enabled if multiple records are selected.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.
