Toolbar - Action record

At the upper part of the Action record section, a toolbar with options that allow changing the plan structure is displayed. The available buttons may vary according to the step in which the action plan is found. To perform the operations described below successfully, the logged-in user must be the responsible user, a member of the responsible team and/or have the appropriate permissions granted in the Security of the action plan.

A

Allows adding a new action to the plan structure. To do that, select the corresponding option to add a planned action or an immediate action. See further details in the Adding an action to the plan section.

If the structure being configured is from an action plan template, or if the "Allow immediate action to be added" option is not checked in the category of the action plan, the "Immediate action" option is not available for usage.

B

Allows accessing the data of the action selected in the Actions panel. See the Editing the action of a plan under planning section for a detailed description of the data screen that will be displayed.

C

Allows deleting the action selected in the listing of the Actions panel.

D

Allows creating an action in the structure from the copy of another action. To do that, before clicking on this option, select the action you wish to copy in the actions listing. The action originated from the copy can be identified in the action listing by the start of the "Copy of" ID #.

E

This button will only be displayed if the action plan is under execution and its data is accessed through the Management arrowrgray Tracking menu, through the Tracking task or through the Maintenance arrowrgray Actions and plans menu. Click on it to cancel or reactivate the action selected in the Actions panel. See further details about this operation in the Changing the status of a record section.

F

Allows moving the action selected in the listing of the Actions panel, up.

G

Allows moving the action selected in the listing of the Actions panel, down.

H

Allows linking the selected actions in the listing of the Actions panel, thus establishing the predecessor flows.

I

Allows undoing the link between the actions selected in the listing of the Actions panel.

J

Allows establishing which columns will be displayed or not in the listing of the "Actions" panel. To do that, on the screen that will be displayed, first, define whether the customization will be applied only to the action plan in question, or to all plans created in the system.

Then, move the columns that should no longer appear from the Visible columns panel to the Invisible columns panel and save the configurations. This operation may also be performed through the shortcut displayed when right-clicking on the name of a column in the area of the "Actions" panel.

Use the restore_toolbar button on the toolbar of this screen to restore the default column display configuration.

K

Allows changing the immediate action to a planned action.

L

Allows changing the planned action to an immediate action.
