Task:

Calibration due date

Who receives it:

Members of the team responsible for the plan;

Team members responsible for programming;

Members of the team responsible for the asset calibration execution.

These teams are defined on the calibration plan data screen when creating it.

When:

This task will be generated just as any frequency criteria defined in the calibration plan is satisfied:

Date-based frequency: when it has passed the date of the next calibration execution; however, the advance notification of this task can be configured, i.e., the system will alert those responsible that the calibration plan will soon expire.

Meter-based frequency: when the meter reading reaches the value set for the frequency; however, it can be configured to advance notification of this task, i.e., the system will alert those responsible that, soon, the calibration plan will win.

Purpose:

To alert the responsible team about the calibration plans whose deadlines are expired or about to expire, because it is necessary to create a new calibration programming and/or execution.

How to execute this task:

1.Select the desired asset from the list of pending records.

2.Then, click on the arrow located next to the button and select the desired option:

Calibration programming: Select this option to program the calibration activity to be executed in the asset. This option will only be available to the members of the team responsible for the plan and of the team responsible for the plan planning.

Calibration execution: The calibration activity can be executed even if it has not gone through the programming step. This option will only be available to the members of the team responsible for the plan and of the team responsible for the plan execution.

3.The calibration data screen will be displayed according to the selected option. Fill in the required data and save the record.

The details of how to perform the programming and execution have been described elsewhere in this manual.

Both the programming and execution of the activity may go through approval if the respective step is properly configured in the standard activity associated with the calibration plan.
