Overview:
An activity may be deleted from the system when it is no longer useful for the involved parties. Through this menu, preventive maintenance activities, programmed maintenance activities, and corrective maintenance activities can be deleted. Maintenance route activities can only be cancelled because there may be previous and subsequent activities to be deleted, which could impact the structure of the plan as a whole. The deletion process is simple, but should only be performed by the due responsibility parties in the company.

Click on this button to delete a maintenance. For further information on this operation, see the Deleting an activity section.

Click on this button to view the data of the maintenance activity selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to change the screen layout to 3 quadrants. The details of the activity selected in the list of records of the second quadrant will be displayed in the third quadrant.

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to change the screen layout to 2 quadrants.

Use the Search filters, located on the left side of the main screen, to find the saved activities more easily.
