Click on the arrow next to this button to create an activity in the execution step, that is, the maintenance will be created and will remain in the execution step until it is finished. The options in this button allow you to create, in execution, the activities of preventive maintenance, maintenance route, programmed maintenance and corrective maintenance. Click on this button to view the listing of maintenance activities through a Gantt chart. In the execution step, the chart will display the comparison between the programming and execution dates of the maintenance.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired activity blank form and activity form reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the programmed maintenance selected in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Changing the status of a maintenance activity section.

Click on this button to add a new maintenance activity from the copy of an already created maintenance activity. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. After confirming the request made by the system, the created activity will be displayed in the list of records and may be identified through the ID # that starts with "Copy of".

Click on this button to send the record to the previous step. In the execution step, the maintenance will be sent to the programming step.

Click on this button to send the record to the next step. In the execution step, the maintenance will be finished; if the activity is configured to have approval, before finishing it, the system will generate the Execution approval task.

Click on this button to associate the execution of the activity selected in the list of records with the authenticated user. This button will not be available if the activity executor is a specific user previously set in its configuration or if the activity is closed. It is also possible to associate the activity with the logged user by clicking on it or editing it.

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to change the screen layout to 3 quadrants. In the third quadrant, the details of the maintenance activity selected in the second quadrant will be displayed.
