Creating an activity in the execution step

To create an activity in the executing step, access the Execution Activity execution menu, click on the arrow next to the button and select one of the following options:

▪Execute preventive maintenance: Select this option to create a preventive maintenance activity. When you select this option, the system will display a screen to select a preventive maintenance plan that contains the activity that will be created in the execution step. Completing the fields of this activity is similar to filling the activity in the preventive maintenance programming step; however, there will be no planning step.

▪Execute maintenance route: Select this option to create a maintenance route activity. When selecting this option, the system will display a screen to select the maintenance route plan that contains the activity that will be created in the execution step. Filling in the fields of this activity is similar to filling in the activity in the maintenance route programming step; however, there will not be a planning step.

▪Execute programmed maintenance: Select this option to create a programmed maintenance activity. When selecting this option, the system will display a screen to select the standard activity that will be created in the execution step. Filling in the fields of this activity is similar to filling out the activity in the maintenance programming step; however, there will not be a planning step.

▪Execute corrective maintenance: Select this option to create a corrective maintenance activity. When selecting this option, the system will display a screen to select the standard activity that will be created in the execution step. Filling in the fields of this activity is similar to filling out the activity in the maintenance programming step; however, there will not be a planning step.

At this point, the maintenance activity data screen will be displayed. If you select the Execute programmed maintenance or Execute corrective maintenance option, it will be necessary to enter the assets that will be maintained through this activity.
